Questions
How do people join?
After checkout you get an invite link. Send it by text or email. Each person taps it on their iPhone or iPad: AreaMap opens (or installs first) and Pro turns on. No codes to type.
Do I need a seat for myself?
Only if you use AreaMap on your own phone. Owning the team doesn't take a seat; tapping the invite link on your phone does.
Someone uses an iPhone and an iPad.
Each device that joins uses one seat. Reinstalling AreaMap on the same phone keeps its seat.
Does it work on Android?
Not yet. Team plans work on iPhone and iPad for now.
Someone already pays for AreaMap in the App Store.
They can join too. Their own App Store subscription keeps renewing until they cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
Can I add people later?
Yes. Add seats from your team page. You pay for the rest of the current year only, then all seats renew together.
What happens when someone leaves the crew?
Remove them from your team page. Their Pro ends and the seat is free for the next person.
How do I cancel or get invoices?
Your team page links to billing, where you can change the card, download invoices or cancel. Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for.
